3 cups spinach, blanched
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1Β½ cups cooked chickpeas (or canned, rinsed)

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
4β5 garlic cloves, crushed
1 green chili, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
ΒΌ tsp turmeric powder
Β½ tsp red chili powder
Β½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp crushed kasuri methi
For Garnish:
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Blend the Greens β Blanch spinach in boiling water, cool completely, then blend with yogurt into a smooth paste.
