  • Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp

  • Dry ginger powder – 1 tbsp

  • Nutmeg – 1 whole

  • Dry rose petals – 1 tbsp (optional)

For Chai (per serving)

  • Water – 1 cup

  • Milk – ½ cup

  • Tea leaves – 1½ tsp

  • Chai masala – ¼ tsp

  • Sugar or jaggery – to taste


🍽️ Instructions

  • Prepare the Masala
    Dry grind all masala ingredients into a coarse powder. Store airtight.

  • Boil the Base
    Bring water to a boil. Add chai masala and tea leaves.

  • Add Milk & Sweetener
    Simmer gently. Add milk and sugar. Boil until aromatic.

  • Strain & Serve
    Strain into cups and enjoy hot.
