In many South Indian kitchens, cabbage poriyal appears almost instinctively β especially in winter.
Itβs a dish made between conversations, stirred quietly, and eaten with familiarity.
Comfort doesnβt always come dressed up.
Tip: Red cabbage works too: Adds color and antioxidant boost
Donβt overcook: Mushy cabbage loses both flavor and dignity
No coconut? Skip it β the dish still stands strong
