Main Ingredient

½ cup crumbled paneer

2 tbsp breadcrumbs or roasted gram flour
1 green chili, finely chopped
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
For Cooking
Oil for shallow frying
Prepare Mixture – Combine beetroot, paneer, breadcrumbs, spices, and salt in a bowl. Mix well into a firm mixture.
Shape Tikkis – Divide into equal portions and shape into small flat patties.
Cook – Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry tikkis on medium heat until golden and crisp on both sides.
Serve hot with green chutney, mint yogurt dip, or tomato ketchup
